# faktry

> faktry (faktry.ai) is a web platform for generating and editing images, video, audio, documents and 3D models with AI. One account and one pay-per-use credit balance cover 180+ AI model endpoints from OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, Alibaba, Kling, MiniMax, Lightricks, ElevenLabs and others, plus 60+ media operations. No subscription: new accounts get 50 free credits with no card required, and purchased credits stay valid for 12 months.

faktry is not the same organisation as other companies that use the name "faktry". It is an online AI media platform and is reachable at https://faktry.ai.

## Key facts

- Pricing: pay per use with credits, no subscription and no monthly reset. Credit packs: 100 credits for $5, 500 for $25 and 1,000 for $50 ($0.05 per credit); 2,500 for $100, 5,000 for $200 and 10,000 for $400 ($0.04 per credit). Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT where it applies; with a billing address in the EU the same prices are charged in euros. Purchased credits are valid for 1 year. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except for verifiable errors on our side and statutory withdrawal rights (see the Terms of Service). Payments are processed by Stripe. Optional auto top-up refills the balance from a saved card, within a monthly limit the user sets.
- Service tiers: every credit pack also includes a service tier for a limited time, and nothing renews automatically. Packs of 100 to 1,000 credits include Basic for 1 to 3 months, packs of 2,500 to 10,000 credits include Pro for 4 to 6 months; bigger packs include more time. Buying 2,500 credits in total within 6 months also unlocks Pro for 4 months. Basic: files up to 25 MB, 1 GB storage, 3 jobs at once. Pro: files up to 50 MB, 5 GB storage, 8 jobs at once, and non-AI operations that normally cost 1 credit (editing, conversion) are free. Both include full access to all AI models with no daily AI generation limits (rate limits still apply). When a tier ends, credits stay valid.
- Free start: 50 free credits on signup, no credit card required. Free tier: files up to 10 MB, 100 MB storage, 1 job at a time, limited access to the most expensive AI models and a daily limit on AI generations until the first purchase.
- Formats: image, video, audio, PDF/documents and 3D in one workspace with a shared content library.
- Interfaces: web app, a Creative Agent that plans and produces finished media from a plain-language brief, a visual node workflow builder, an MCP server for AI agents (70+ tools), and a REST API.
