Image to video

Turn a photointo a video.

Upload one image, describe how it should move, and get a short video clip back.

To animate a photo with AI, upload it to faktry's image-to-video tool, describe the motion you want, pick a model and run it. You get a short video back that you can download or reuse. Clips start at 10 credits, and the exact cost shows on the run button before you start.

Four steps from still to moving.

No timeline, no keyframes. The model does the animation, you steer it with words.

  1. 01

    Upload your photo

Start with a sharp image where the subject is clear. Blurry or very small photos give muddy motion, so use the best version you have.

  2. 02

    Describe the motion

Say what should move and how the camera behaves: a slow push in, hair moving in the wind, waves rolling toward the shore. Subtle motion usually looks more natural than big changes.

  3. 03

    Pick a model and run

Quicker models cost less, premium models cost more. The run button shows the exact credit cost for the settings you chose.

  4. 04

    Download or keep going

The clip lands in your library. Download it, reuse it in other tools, or run the same photo again with a different prompt to compare.

What you control.

The few settings that change the result.

Model
Many image-to-video models, from quick low-cost ones to premium ones. Run the same photo on two models to see which one handles it better.
Prompt
A short description of the motion and the camera. Keep it simple if you want the model to decide.
Duration and resolution
The options depend on the model you pick. The form only shows what that model supports.
Start and end frame
Some models accept a second image as the end frame, so the video travels from one picture to another.

Still have questions?
  • Upload the photo to the image-to-video tool, write a sentence about the motion you want, pick a model and run it. The video is ready when the job finishes and is saved to your library.
